Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Oracle HCM Support: Manage technical operations for ORC, Talent Management, Core HR, Journeys, OTBI.
- BAU Ownership: Resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and enhance HR processes.
- Extracts & Reporting: Build and maintain HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and dashboards to support HR analytics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual HR tasks to improve efficiency.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and provide training to end users.
- Change Management: Participate in release cycles, regression testing, and Oracle updates impact assessments.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior analysts, contribute to team development and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM technical BAU roles.
- Strong expertise in ORC (Recruitment Cloud), Talent Management, Core HR, Journeys.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Solid understanding of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Experience with support ticketing systems, release management, and configuration queues.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in global organizations with complex HR landscapes is preferred.
Desired Skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
- Familiarity with AI features in Oracle (e.g., goal writing, CV parsing).
