Key Responsibilities
Vendor Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit processes for vendor employees.
- Track vendor workforce movements and maintain real-time dashboards for manpower visibility.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, payroll, and HR policies.
Payroll Governance & Compliance
- Process accurate and timely payroll for vendor employees via third-party vendors.
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs; manage exceptions and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS).
- Collaborate with Finance and vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Grievance Management & Employee Support
- Act as first point of contact for vendor employee grievances related to payroll, attendance, or benefits.
- Maintain SLA and TAT norms for grievance resolution.
- Conduct feedback sessions and surveys to improve workforce satisfaction.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Compliance) and external manpower vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance through KPIs (attrition, absenteeism, payroll accuracy).
- Conduct monthly governance reviews and audits.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records and MIS dashboards.
- Generate reports on workforce strength, payroll metrics, and grievance trends.
- Drive digital initiatives to automate and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration; MBA in HR preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, and vendor workforce management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll compliance, and statutory deductions.
- Proficient in Excel, HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, Zoho People, Bluetree, Staqo).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with third-party workforce models.
- Knowledge of grievance redressal tools or HR helpdesk systems.
- Familiarity with labor law audits, vendor SLAs, and workforce compliance.
