Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete gold loan process at branch level, ensuring smooth post-sales operations and accurate data entry.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on gold loan policies, procedures, and branch processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to policy compliance and timely completion of processes (TAT) at branches.
- Oversee the vaulting process and enforce related policies to safeguard assets.
- Perform periodic gold audits as per company guidelines and policies.
- Conduct valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments to ensure accurate loan disbursement.
- Provide regular feedback to Head Office (HO) authorities regarding credit processes, policy updates, and local market trends.
- Analyze branch data and share best practices across locations for continuous improvement.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain process accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience
