Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive in Financial Accounting, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) cycles with a strong focus on General Ledger (GL) integration.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Supporting client engagements in financial process management and compliance.
- Leveraging tools such as WealthSpectrum to optimize workflows (CAT III experience preferred).
- Collaborating with internal and client teams for process efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintaining documentation for audit readiness and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience in financial operations, especially in P2P, O2C, and GL processes.
- Working knowledge of WealthSpectrum and related financial reporting tools.
- Experience in handling CAT III clients or financial structures (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with a mindset for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or tax process outsourcing.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel for short-term client engagements as needed.
