Key Responsibilities
💼 Debt Recovery & Collections
- Achieve monthly collections targets by visiting customers and coordinating with partner agencies.
- Ensure timely repayment of overdue consumer loans and credit accounts.
- Execute collection strategies aligned with business objectives.
📋 Compliance & Legal Adherence
- Ensure full compliance with legal guidelines during repossession and recovery processes.
- Adhere to all regulatory norms and company Code of Conduct.
📊 Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance updates to management.
🤝 Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Handle escalated cases with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Legal, Risk) and external collection vendors.
- Drive resolution of accounts as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
