Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive – Commercial Vehicle Retail, your core duties will include:
- Hiring and empaneling vendors/agencies to manage the commercial vehicle loan collection process
- Overseeing and managing vendor and agency performance for effective collections
- Managing Field Sales Officers (FOS) responsible for collections on used commercial vehicle products
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of repossession processes for used commercial vehicles
- Keeping accurate reports and trackers related to allocation and collection records
- Engaging with customers directly to ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts
- Collaborating with internal teams to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPA) for the NSB business segment
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12 to 18 months of relevant experience in commercial vehicle retail sales, collections, or finance
- Graduation or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of achievement and strong results orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relations and customer interactions
- Strong relationship management skills with clarity of thought and perseverance
- Self-starter with high motivation and ability to work independently
- Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Office tools
