Key Responsibilities
Electrical Systems Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in plant power distribution systems
- Ensure optimal performance of electrical switchgear, transformers, motors, and control panels
Project Engineering & Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance during electrical system upgrades, modifications, and projects
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and reports
Safety & Compliance
- Implement and ensure strict adherence to ADNOC Gas O&M electrical safety standards and industry regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols during maintenance activities
Team Leadership & Training
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing on-the-job technical training
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, technical documentation, and compliance reports
- Analyze system performance data and recommend preventive actions
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- In-depth knowledge of electrical maintenance practices in oil & gas or industrial sectors
- Proficient in MV/LV systems, PLCs, and SCADA operations
