💼 Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and manage Dynatrace monitoring tools to meet business and technical requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex distributed systems including applications, databases, and networks

- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and incident management platforms like Big Panda
- Solid knowledge of logging and monitoring tools, including Logscale
