Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Develop Generative AI models, LLM-based solutions, and NLP pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven business opportunities.
- Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, transfer learning, and domain adaptation.
Data Engineering & Pipeline Management
- Curate, clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets for AI applications.
- Implement end-to-end AI pipelines using vector databases, NoSQL, and cloud-based storage.
- Apply similarity search algorithms and performance optimization techniques.
Deployment & MLOps
- Build scalable, production-ready AI models integrating with APIs like Azure OpenAI GPT and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Implement MLOps and DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model versioning.
- Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles for AI deployment.
Research & Evaluation
- Conduct research on advanced AI techniques to enhance model performance.
- Establish metrics for evaluating coherence, relevance, and quality of AI outputs.
- Ensure trusted AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related AI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP techniques, LLMs, and Transformer architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong data engineering skills: curation, cleaning, preprocessing of large datasets.
- Knowledge of trusted AI principles, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Good to Have Skills
- Expertise in optimization techniques, including MIP (Mixed Integer Programming).
- Experience in DevOps and MLOps, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of computer vision, image recognition, object detection, and AI for enterprise use cases.
- Experience in monitoring AI model performance and implementing corrective measures.
