Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design robust data solutions.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement data modelling tools and technologies for process efficiency.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Identify and resolve data model performance issues to optimize database performance.
- Document and communicate data model designs, standards, and best practices across teams.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data modelling trends.
- Support data integration into data warehouses and development of conceptual, logical, and physical models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data modelling and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced data modelling concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data modelling tools: Erwin, Power Designer, Visio, or similar.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database structures.
- Ability to develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs.
- Cloud knowledge and certification (preferably Azure DP-203) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with global teams.
