Key Responsibilities
- Lead ISO/IEC 27001-based Information Security Management System (ISMS) implementation and sustenance projects
- Assess clients’ information security posture and identify gaps & risks
- Guide teams to design and implement solutions for change management, incident management, backup, access controls, antivirus management, media handling, and physical security
- Manage vendor risk assessment projects, providing comprehensive risk exposure analysis
- Perform Information Systems audits covering IT infrastructure and assets
- Advise on data privacy, data leakage prevention, identity & access management
- Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and skill development
- Collaborate with clients, managers, and partners to exceed expectations
- Customize Deloitte’s tools & methodologies per client needs
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and participate in proposal development
Required Skills and Expertise
- In-depth understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT, ITIL frameworks
- Proficient in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) design
- Strong ability to conduct cyber threat and risk assessments with actionable recommendations
- Well-versed in CI/CD processes, Git, Jenkins, Airflow, Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience in using Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools like Archer, OpenPages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset for strategic problem solving
Educational Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (Tier 1/2 institutions preferred)
- Relevant Certifications (Highly Preferred):
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
- CISA, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, Prince2, GSEC, CEH
