Key Responsibilities
Saviynt Development & Implementation
- Design and implement Saviynt-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Configure identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.
- Develop and customize connectors and integrations with third-party systems and cloud platforms.
- Analyze business and security requirements to design robust identity workflows.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory identity security standards.
Technical Delivery & Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IAM/Saviynt solutions.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for performance and scalability.
- Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and technical team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Saviynt releases, APIs, and best practices.
Consulting & Client Engagement
- Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and risk management activities.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand challenges and propose effective identity solutions.
- Support security audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain high levels of communication and professionalism in all engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Identity Governance (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and zero-trust models.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, PowerShell.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
- Saviynt certification and familiarity with IGA frameworks preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering.
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk.
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Experience in consulting or enterprise cybersecurity projects.
