Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Implement and manage IT security controls across applications, systems, and networks.
- Oversee operational management and ownership of security areas.
- Contribute to security policy development and refinement.
- Provide technical expertise to support strategic and project objectives.
Project & Technical Delivery
- Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, test, and deploy secure solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and relevant technical communities.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and organizational standards.
Continuous Improvement & Monitoring
- Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
- Support containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) and cloud security initiatives.
- Automate security processes via scripting and SRE practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or IT Security.
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud security, AKS, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with Linux administration, databases (MongoDB), and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Ability to lead security teams, manage projects, and interact with global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Certifications (Desirable)
- CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CCSP – Certified Cloud Security Professional
- CISM – Certified Information Security Manager
- CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker
