Responsibilities
As a Senior CyberArk PAM Analyst at EY, you will:
- Lead advanced support, troubleshooting, and administration of CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Design and implement infrastructure enhancements to improve security and compliance.
- Manage onboarding of accounts, integrations, and privileged platforms into CyberArk.
- Conduct system audits, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation.
- Oversee critical incident response for privileged accounts, including forensic analysis.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts on PAM best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional cybersecurity teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Monitor PAM environments for unusual activity and potential threats.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and vendor management activities.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations.
Skills & Competencies
EY is looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Advanced CyberArk PAM expertise with hands-on experience across EPV, CPM, PSM, AIM.
- Strong understanding of IAM, network security, SIEM, firewalls, and MFA technologies.
- Scripting/automation capabilities for operational efficiency.

- Leadership and mentoring experience in cybersecurity teams.
- Strong communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in CyberArk PAM administration and operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts, travel occasionally, and provide on-call support.
