Key Responsibilities
- Develop integration code and automation solutions for SOC operational activities.
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient Python scripts for various automation tasks.
- Create visual dashboards and reports for operational data insights.
- Implement and integrate REST APIs to streamline cybersecurity workflows.
- Work with front-end frameworks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with SOC teams and provide innovative solutions for cybersecurity challenges.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOAR workflows (preferably Demisto).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong Python programming and scripting skills.
- Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js.
- Understanding of SIEM concepts, logs, events, alerts, incidents, and content rules.
- Exposure to security incident management processes, reporting tools, Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau.
- Knowledge of SOAR tools such as Demisto is a plus.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (CAD certification preferred) and PCSAE certification is an advantage.
- Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and self-development skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity automation, SOC operations, or related roles.
- Experience in SOC, automation development, or cyber transformation projects preferred.
