📋 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy identity governance and administration solutions using SailPoint IIQ.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on SailPoint implementation, customization, and integration.
- Develop workflows, access policies, and role-based access controls within SailPoint.
- Conduct system integration, testing, and debugging of SailPoint applications.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and SailPoint best practices.
🧱 Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience as a SailPoint IIQ Developer or equivalent role.
- Deep understanding of identity governance and administration concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, C#, Python.
- Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), XML, and JSON.
- Familiarity with IAM standards and protocols: OAuth, SAML, LDAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant SailPoint certifications are an added advantage.
