Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Delivery

  • Lead and execute HR transformation projects across diverse industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement strategies in workforce planning, competency frameworks, rewards, and leadership development.
  • Develop client presentations and reports with actionable insights.
  • Guide junior consultants and analysts throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Client Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose relevant solutions.
  • Support proposal development and contribute to business development efforts.

Practice Development

  • Drive thought leadership within the Human Capital Practice.
  • Participate in internal initiatives and knowledge-building exercises.
  • Stay current on HR trends, tools, and best practices to deliver top-tier service.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 5–9 years of relevant experience in:
    • Talent Management
    • Learning & Development
    • Leadership Development
    • Workforce Planning
    • Rewards & Compensation Design
    • Organizational Development
  • Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
  • Ability to lead project workstreams and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong foundation in HR analytics and transformation consulting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • PGDM/MBA from reputed institutions is a plus.
  • Certifications in Talent Management, L&D, or OD are desirable.
