Key Responsibilities
Workday Integration & Middleware Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integration solutions using Lobster Data/Lobster_pro middleware.
- Create data transformation logic, interface flows, and mappings for EDI, XML, JSON, and other file formats.
- Monitor integration jobs, resolve errors, and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for integration solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ERP, CRM, and IT infrastructure groups.
- Document integration processes, workflows, and user guides for client and internal reference.
Performance & Optimization
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of integration interfaces.
- Implement best practices for middleware development, error handling, and workflow optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Lobster middleware (Lobster_data, Lobster_pro).
- Strong understanding of data integration patterns, ETL processes, and file/data formats (CSV, JSON, XML, EDIFACT, X12).
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), FTP/SFTP, and ERP/CRM platforms like SAP and Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with B2B/EDI integration scenarios.
- German language proficiency (for interactions with Lobster’s German clients).
Location & Work Model
- Base Location: Delhi / Gurgaon (office-based, 5 days/week).
- Travel: Occasional client site visits may be required.
- Hybrid work is not applicable for this role due to on-site requirements.
