🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions tailored to client needs
- Analyze functional specifications and translate them into robust technical solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues using in-depth expertise in Workday tools and APIs
- Develop, document, and maintain integration program code following software best practices
- Implement integrations using Cloud Connectors, EIB, Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML/XSLT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions
- Provide production and warranty support, resolving incidents effectively
- Create detailed system integration specifications, field mappings, and system designs
- Ensure scalable, modular, and reusable integration solutions with strong documentation
- Apply Agile methodologies and SDLC principles for efficient delivery
🧰 Required Skills & Expertise
- Workday Integration or HCM Certification (HCM + Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, or Recruiting)
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Connectors, EIB, CCW, Web Services API (SOAP, REST)
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, and Web Service technologies (WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML)
- Solid understanding of HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment preferred
- Experience in Studio Integration (design, develop, test independently)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage integration workstreams
- Knowledge of Business Process Configuration and Security
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Integration/Functional development experience
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality results
- Proficient in Agile development methodologies and SDLC
