💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Workday Consultant at Deloitte India, you will:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions
- Convert functional requirements into technical specifications
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations
- Work with APIs (REST, SOAP), XML, XSLT, Xpath for seamless data flows
- Manage end-to-end integration workstreams and client relationships
- Create field mappings, data transformation logic, and process flows
- Support post-implementation issues, production incidents, and optimizations
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering stable, scalable solutions
🧠 Skills & Technical Competencies
✅ Must-Have:
- Workday Integration certification or certification in Workday HCM + Functional Modules (Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, etc.)
- 3–5 years of experience in Workday Integration development
- Strong experience with:
- Cloud Connectors, EIB, Core Connectors (CCW), Document Transformation (DTs)
- Web services (REST/SOAP), XML/XSLT, PECI/PICOF
- Workday Studio (preferred)
- Experience gathering requirements and leading integration solution designs
- Strong debugging and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of Business Process Configuration and Security in Workday

- Experience with Agile/SDLC methodologies
- Hands-on with Workday Studio integrations
- Familiarity with HR core modules like Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits
- STLC exposure and understanding of data governance and compliance
