Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant within Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation (WFT) practice, you will lead consulting projects focused on performance management systems, rewards strategy, and HR data-driven decision-making. This client-facing role requires both strategic thinking and executional expertise in driving workforce transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement total rewards strategies including base pay, variable pay, and benefits frameworks.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluation using global standards.
- Build and enhance performance management systems (PMS) for enterprise clients.
- Utilize HR analytics to draw insights and support performance-based decision-making.
- Lead client workshops and manage stakeholder communication with C-level executives.
- Support the development of incentive models, bonus structures, and pay-for-performance plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR transformation engagements.
- Ensure alignment of reward structures with business strategy and workforce goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in total rewards design and delivery.
- Knowledge of leading job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay).
- Strong foundation in compensation benchmarking tools and market data analysis.
- Exposure to incentive plan design and performance-linked variable pay.
- Excellent command of HR analytics, data interpretation, and visualization.
- Consulting background or experience in a client-facing HR advisory role is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 business schools (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in rewards consulting, HR strategy, or performance management.
- Experience in managing HR transformation projects across industries.
