Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams to define business problems and co-create innovative solutions for telecom clients.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including data mining, financial modeling, market research, and secondary research.
- Support project deliverables to meet and exceed client service and quality standards.
- Deliver all client commitments within budget and timeline constraints.
- Work on bids and RFPs, providing commercial and contractual insights.
- Identify and support business development opportunities in the telecom domain.
- Provide strategic recommendations for capex and opex planning, spend analysis, and optimization.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of telecom network operations, capex/opex planning, budgeting, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze business processes, operational dashboards, KPIs, and revenue models.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in telecom operations or consulting.
- Experience with major telecom players in India or global consulting engagements.
- Strong domain expertise in customer strategy, digital transformation, and network operations.
- Ability to travel to client locations as required.
