Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in EY’s Technology Consulting team, you will:
- Lead technology strategy and digital transformation projects for financial services clients.
- Assess client needs and design IT operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Work on emerging technologies, cloud adoption, data-driven strategies, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional EY teams to deliver end-to-end consulting solutions.
- Support clients in navigating disruption, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops, and presentations for senior executives.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of technology consulting, IT strategy, and transformation programs.
- Experience with financial services sector clients (banking, insurance, capital markets).
- Proficiency in digital platforms, emerging technologies, and cloud ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of professional experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT strategy.
- Previous experience in Big 4 consulting or similar global firms preferred.
