Key Responsibilities
- Develop Analytics-based Decision Making Frameworks for clients in banking and insurance.
- Lead client management, project management, and delivery of analytics solutions.
- Support business development initiatives by contributing to new analytics solution design.
- Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on statistical modeling and analytics practices.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Expertise in statistical modeling (Logistic/Linear regression, GLM, scorecard development, time-series forecasting).
- Proficiency in data mining techniques: clustering, segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with SAS, Python, R.
- Knowledge of Tableau or QlikView (preferred).
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and Python-based frameworks.
- Strong communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education:
- B.Tech from top engineering institutes OR
- Master’s in Statistics/Economics from reputed universities.
- Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant analytics experience.
- At least 1 year of managerial experience (for Senior Consultant).
- 3+ years for Consultant roles, 1+ year for Associate Consultant.
