Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in TAD at BCG Platinion, you will:
- Support the design and execution of Global Business Services (GBS) and shared services strategies.
- Lead digitalization of client support functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Core Operations).
- Develop and execute enterprise talent sourcing strategies aligned with client business needs.
- Define and establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Digital Hubs.
- Build future-ready digital operations offerings for IT/ITeS industries.
- Advise clients with strategic insights to enhance performance and productivity.
- Foster collaborative client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School.
- 6+ years of consulting experience in GBS, digital operations, and transformation.
- Proven expertise in shared services, outsourcing advisory, and talent sourcing strategy.
- Strong background in digitalizing enterprise support functions.
- Experience in establishing Centers of Excellence / Digital Hubs.
- In-depth knowledge of IT/ITeS industry trends and service offerings.
