Summary

Deloitte India is seeking a Senior Consultant – Social Impact Advisory in Delhi to join our Technology & Transformation (T&T) – Social Impact Practice. This role is ideal for professionals with 6–9 years of experience in development sector consulting, social impact advisory, and program design.

As a Senior Consultant, you will support strategy development, monitoring and evaluation, measurement frameworks, and programmatic interventions for clients including corporates, governments, NGOs, and philanthropic foundations. This position offers an opportunity to work on high-impact social transformation projects, lead discrete workstreams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to discrete workstreams or modules within larger social impact projects.
• Conduct research, develop strategy designs, and create measurement frameworks.
• Design MIS systems, reporting templates, and evaluation tools to track program outcomes.
• Conduct periodic programmatic reviews, validate outputs, and interact with beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, and client teams to implement transformation objectives.
• Develop actionable insights from primary, secondary, and market research.
• Communicate analysis, recommendations, and status updates effectively to internal and client leadership.
• Support the development of innovative solutions to complex social challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: MBA, Masters, or graduate degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Humanities, or related fields.
• Experience: 6–9 years in consulting, social impact advisory, or development sector roles.
• Strong interest and experience in large-scale transformation exercises.
• Knowledge of measurement frameworks, monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment tools.
• Understanding of policy, strategy, finance, and operations in the development/social sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel to remote tier-3 locations as required.
