About the Role

As a Senior Consultant – SAP VIM / OpenText xECM, you’ll be responsible for implementing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise content management solutions for Deloitte’s global clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional SAP and OpenText teams to ensure seamless data management, document archiving, and process automation across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of OpenText xECM and SAP DMS solutions.
• Configure and integrate OpenText Extended ECM for SAP with S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and SAP SRM systems.
• Develop and customize Live Reports, Web Reports, and Workflows using OpenText Content Server.
• Manage document migration, archiving, and storage configuration within SAP Content Server.
• Configure Business Workspaces, Repositories, and Storage Categories for SAP integration.
• Provide expertise in Document Management System (DMS) functionalities including document versioning, workflow management, and search optimization.
• Execute end-to-end project lifecycles (minimum of two) involving OpenText and SAP integration.
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and delivery excellence standards on all SAP and OpenText engagements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience with OpenText xECM for SAP, SAP DMS, and SAP VIM.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing OpenText workflows and document repositories.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Document Management, Attachment Handling, Version Control, and Conversion Processes.
• Familiarity with SAP core modules (MM, SD, FI) and their document integration.
• Ability to conduct document migrations and manage SAP ArchiveLink configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements (short- or long-term).
• Certifications in SAP VIM or OpenText ECM are an advantage.
