Key Responsibilities
SuccessFactors Implementation & Support
- Configure, implement, and provide production support for SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB 2.0.
- Manage career site setup, job postings, compliance forms, and onboarding workflows.
- Ensure seamless data integration between RCM, RMK, ONB, and third-party systems.
Consulting & Client Engagement
- Map current-state HR processes and design optimized future-state HR workflows.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
- Provide functional and technical support for HR systems integrations.
Data Management & System Configuration
- Lead data migration, validation, and management activities for SuccessFactors modules.
- Configure business rules, notifications, alerts, and compliance forms.
- Perform provisioning and admin center setup for ONB 2.0.
Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
- Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient system rollouts.
- Support audit, compliance, and change management activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of HR recruitment and functional experience in MNC environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB 2.0 (certification required).
- Hands-on experience with 2+ full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
- Knowledge of data integration between RCM & EC modules.
- Proficiency in business rules configuration, compliance forms, and notifications.
- Ability to manage end-to-end HR technology projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in additional SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, RMK).
- Experience with data migration and system administration.
- Strong consulting skills in HR process design and optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
