Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 for global HR environments.
- Lead or support Recruiting and Onboarding process design, ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central.
- Configure core functionalities including requisition templates, candidate management, interview workflows, offer letters, pre-boarding, RMK career sites, and custom joining forms.
- Support data migration workstreams including recruiting data templates, candidate profiles, open job requisition migration, and data validation.
- Participate in Design, Playback, and UAT workshops with client stakeholders.
- Provide production and warranty support post-implementation.
- Generate standard and custom reports, configure business rules, and manage notifications.
- Apply regional onboarding knowledge for India, USA, and Middle East locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project execution and client satisfaction.
Essential Skills
- 7–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding experience.
- Proven experience in 2–3 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong configuration skills across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, RMK career site, and pre-boarding.
- Solid understanding of data migration, business rules, and custom forms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with global HR processes and integration requirements.
Desirable Skills
- Active certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience in hybrid work environments and client-facing project delivery.
- Knowledge of HR transformation, talent management, and HR analytics.
