About the Role
As a Senior Consultant – SAP SF LMS at EY, you’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing the Learning Management System (LMS) module within SAP SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, ensuring effective course management, learner engagement, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about learning technologies, enterprise learning solutions, and driving organizational growth through impactful talent development systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create and manage courses, curricula, and learning paths for employees across regions.
- Register, enroll, and track learner progress within the LMS.
- Develop and manage course evaluations, assessments, and feedback questionnaires.
- Build quizzes, reports, and dashboards using Adhoc Reports and Online Report Designer (ORD).
- Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules such as CDP, BizX, and JAM.
- Analyze learning data and provide insights to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and internal teams to support learning initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity, compliance, and best practices in learning administration.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration.
- Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end learning programs within the LMS environment.
- Expertise in reporting and analytics using Adhoc and ORD tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multinational teams.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: BE, BTech, MCA, or MBA from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors LMS.
- Certification: SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification required.
