🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Tracking modules in global environments.
- Lead at least 2 end-to-end implementations of SF EC and 1 full cycle of Time Tracking.
- Set up and manage EC components like MDF, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, RBP, Workflows, Custom Objects.
- Translate business needs into solution designs and actionable system configurations.
- Handle data migration from legacy HR systems to SAP SF EC HRIS.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and post-go-live production support.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors release updates and recommend module enhancements.
- Produce documentation, generate HR reports, and ensure compliance in absence/time tracking.
🧠 Skills & Expertise Required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of MDF, Business Rules, Associations, and Canvas/Advanced Reporting.
- Excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams in a consulting or implementation environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to liaise with global stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and adaptability in fast-paced projects.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, Computer Science, or related field.
- SAP SF EC Certification (Mandatory).
- Additional certification in Time Tracking/Time-Off is a plus.
