Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant (SAP Scrum Master) at Deloitte, you will:
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives and end-to-end project delivery using JIRA and Agile tools.
- Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of SAP and technology projects.
- Configure and customize JIRA Software, JIRA Align, Confluence for Agile project needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Build dashboards, reports, and Agile performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.
- Continuously improve Agile processes and JIRA configurations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 5–9 years of experience in Agile project management and JIRA administration/configuration.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Hands-on expertise in JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple Agile teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and DevOps practices.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMP.
- Experience in enterprise-level SAP transformation projects.
- Prior exposure to Agile delivery at scale in consulting or large enterprises.
