About the Role
As a Senior Consultant (SAP Scrum Master), you will lead multiple Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and implement scalable Agile frameworks within SAP implementation and transformation projects. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive Agile adoption and ensure successful project outcomes.
Your leadership will be key in guiding teams toward agility, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Agile transformation initiatives across multiple SAP teams and business units.
- Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and transparency.
- Identify, track, and remove project impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
- Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, sprint health, burndown charts) to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote Agile culture through training workshops, coaching sessions, and change management initiatives.
- Scale Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus across complex SAP programs.
- Champion Deloitte’s values by fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration across delivery teams.
Required Skills
- 5–9 years of proven experience in Scrum Master or Agile Lead roles within software or SAP delivery environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies — Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or VersionOne.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and lead multiple Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile software delivery.
- Collaborative mindset with servant-leadership qualities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications.
- Experience in SAP Agile projects or large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Prior consulting experience with global clients.
- Exposure to Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on delivery excellence.
