Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – SAP PP/QM, you will:
- Implement SAP digital transformation projects with a focus on PP and QM modules in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Design, configure, customize, and test SAP PP/QM solutions.
- Support project rollouts, including gap analysis, issue resolution, and documentation.
- Oversee and review third-party vendor work for quality assurance.
- Provide consulting services, training, and user support for SAP PP/QM implementations.
- Integrate SAP PP/QM processes with Finance, Costing, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Warehouse Management.
- Work with Batch Management, IDOCs, Inspection Planning, Test Equipment Management, and Reporting.
- Manage functional designs, test cases, and emergency changes.
Required Skills & Expertise
- SAP PP/QM Expertise: Strong configuration knowledge in PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management).
- SAP S/4HANA Experience: Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA 2021.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: Experience in SAP rollouts for pharmaceutical or similar regulated industries.
- Integration Skills: Cross-module understanding of Finance, Procurement, and Inventory.
- Technical Knowledge: Interfaces, IDOCs, ABAP debugging (advantage).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical, issue-resolution, and consulting skills.
- Communication & Leadership: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior consultants.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering.
- 7–8 years of relevant SAP PP/QM consulting experience.
- At least 1–2 full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client projects (short and long term).
