Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PP and PPQM implementations in S/4HANA for manufacturing and supply chain clients.
- Configure production planning, capacity planning, and material requirements planning modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO to ensure seamless process integration.
- Support clients in process optimization, production efficiency improvements, and quality management.
- Develop and deliver functional specifications, process flows, and testing scenarios.
- Provide end-user training and support for SAP PP/PPQM solutions.
- Participate in SAP project lifecycle activities, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live support.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in SAP PP, PPQM, and S/4HANA modules.
- Hands-on experience with production planning, capacity planning, and quality management processes.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in collaborative teams and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in SAP PP and PPQM implementations.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA production planning and quality management.
- Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain projects is preferred.
