Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, with a specialized focus on Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
- Manage complex change requests, system enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide expert solutions on Finance Close, Consolidation, and Group Reporting processes.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Drive ownership for client requirements and proactively resolve issues with innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP S/4HANA system implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and support teams in delivering high-quality SAP solutions.
- Participate in global SAP JVA implementation or support projects, maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance module configuration.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP JVA implementations.
- Strong expertise in Finance Close, Consolidation, and Group Reporting.
- Experience managing complex SAP change requests and enhancements.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with other modules.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Engineering, or related fields from a reputed institute.
- Willingness to travel for short and long-term client assignments.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation methodology and global delivery models.
