Key Responsibilities
As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will:
- Implement & Support SAP FI/CO Solutions tailored to pharmaceutical industry needs
- Gather & Analyze Requirements, translating business processes into functional specifications
- Configure & Test SAP FICO modules, ensuring quality and compliance
- Train & Support Users on FICO functionalities for smooth adoption
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance with GMP/GXP standards and documentation requirements
- Manage Integrations with SAP MM, SD, PP, and external systems
- Create Documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
- Troubleshoot Issues and provide resolution with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to Project Management, ensuring timely delivery and execution
- Drive Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience: 7+ years in SAP FICO consulting, with at least 1 end-to-end implementation & 1 roll-out in the pharma industry
- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules: GL, AP, AR, CCA, PCA, CO-PA
- Proven track record of SAP configuration, data migration, testing, and user training
- Hands-on experience in pharma business processes & compliance
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing communication skills
