About the Role
Deloitte India is hiring a Senior Consultant – SAP FICO in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for SAP Finance & Controlling experts with 8–10 years of SAP experience, hands-on expertise in FI & CO submodules, and exposure to S/4HANA Finance. You’ll provide functional expertise, lead deployments, and support global business process teams in delivering innovative finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – SAP FICO, you will:
- Provide on-demand functional support for global SAP FICO systems.
- Manage escalated solution issues, ensuring analysis, fixes, testing, and closure.
- Support deployments (scoping, localization, testing, go-live, and transition).
- Collaborate with regional and global teams for release validation and problem-solving.
- Lead financial month-end activities, closing cockpit, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Analyze new releases and define the testing approach.
- Guide integration with MM, SD, PS and other SAP modules.
- Validate cutover activities during rollouts.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Expertise:
- 8+ years in SAP FICO with multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Strong hands-on configuration in FI (GL, AR, AP, Treasury, Assets, Reporting, Closing).
- Deep knowledge in CO submodules – Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance, BP roles, table mapping, HANA conversion activities.
- Functional knowledge of Financial Closing Cockpit, Fiori Apps & Launchpad configuration.
- Ability to work across deployments, run, testing, and release cycles.
- Strong project management and client communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Integration exposure with MM, SD, PS modules.
- Fiori applications and S/4HANA advanced features.
