Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP data migration projects with a focus on accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Execute SAP data migration using Syniti tools and deliver high-quality project outcomes across 4-6 full cycle implementations.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand and map as-is and to-be business processes for effective SAP data integration.
- Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules and prepare detailed functional specifications and configuration documents.
- Work with both small and large teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to exceed expectations through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Support hybrid working model by coordinating tasks remotely and on-site during client visits.
- Ensure seamless project execution through effective documentation, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on SAP data management best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration and SAP Data Management roles.
- Proven expertise in executing multiple SAP data migration projects (minimum 4-6 full implementations).
- Strong working knowledge of Syniti data migration tools and SAP ecosystem.
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and SAP workflows.
- Experience writing functional specifications and configuration documents.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites for short and extended durations.
- Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certifications related to data management or modules (e.g., SAP MDG, SAP BW) are a plus.
- Previous experience working with Indian clients in various industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology trends and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
