Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Design and develop SAP CPI integration solutions connecting cloud-based and on-premises systems.
- Adapter Configuration: Configure adapters and connectors, including HTTPS, JMS, SFTP, SOAP, IDOC, Proxy, FTPS, web services, and iFlows.
- Mapping & Scripting: Implement graphical mapping, XSLT mapping, and Groovy or JAVA scripting for complex integrations.
- CPI Environment Management: Administer multi-tenant SAP CPI environments, including security setup, keystore management, SSL certificates, and SSH tokens.
- SAP Cloud Connectivity: Configure SAP Cloud Connector and ensure seamless connectivity with SAP ERP/S4HANA.
- Customer Experience Integration: Integrate SAP Customer Experience applications such as C4C, CPQ, and Commerce Cloud.
- API Management: Support API Management tasks and facilitate efficient communication between systems.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work with business users, solution architects, and external stakeholders; maintain detailed technical documentation and integration flow guides.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI/SCI) and related middleware technologies.
- Experience in adapter configuration, iFlows, and multi-tenant environment administration.
- Proficiency in Groovy, JAVA scripting, and XSLT mapping.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Connector, S/4HANA, C4C, CPQ, and Commerce Cloud.
- Understanding of integration security standards, including OAuth, client certificate, and user-based authentication.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams.
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in SAP CPI integration or middleware development.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP integration projects across cloud and on-premises systems.
