Key Responsibilities
As a Senior SAP CO Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
- Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementations across multiple countries and business processes.
- Collaborate with ERP and non-ERP teams to deliver high-value SAP solutions.
- Perform requirement analysis to identify standard functionalities, enhancements, and workarounds.
- Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support validation, prioritization, and delivery of business demands.
- Drive incident management and problem resolution to reduce recurring issues.
- Provide training and user documentation for SAP CO functionalities.
- Ensure release management and change requests align with delivery timelines.
- Share best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging SAP technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP CO experience, including full system lifecycle deployments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Overhead costing & cost object controlling
- Product costing (MTO, MTS, ETO)
- COPA (Profitability Analysis)
- Project Systems (PS) customer projects
- Results Analysis (RA) functionality
- SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.)
- Good to have: Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Transfer Pricing experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with local and global teams.
- Educational background: CA, CWA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
