Key Responsibilities
As a Senior SAP CO Consultant, you will:
- Lead technical and functional integration of SAP CO in multi-country deployments (AMEA region).
- Collaborate with ERP and non-ERP domain experts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and determine the need for standard functionalities, enhancements, or workarounds.
- Assist in demand prioritization and validation in partnership with IS service managers or global solution architects.
- Draft functional specifications, test plans, and manage functional and user acceptance testing.
- Share best practices and keep updated on emerging industry trends, applying insights to client solutions.
- Support installation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of IS solutions aligned with SAP CO.
- Proactively address incidents and contribute to change delivery as per release management protocols.
- Create user manuals, training materials, and deliver SAP training to key users.
- Participate in documentation of functional design, project charters, and coordinate change requests as per project timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- 7+ years’ experience in SAP Controlling (CO), including overhead costing, COPA, product costing (MTO, MTS, ETO), and results analysis (RA).
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS) integration and multi-country roll-out implementation.
- Familiarity with Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Transfer Pricing.
- Expertise in end-to-end business process design, integration points, testing cycles, and release management.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented mindset, top-notch communication with global virtual teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CA, CWA, B.Com, or MBA degree (with specialization in Finance or related domain).
