Key Responsibilities

SAP CRM Implementation & Support

• Deliver end-to-end SAP CRM Sales and Service Cloud (SAP C4C) solutions including implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing support.
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, aligning client needs with SAP C4C capabilities.
• Configure SAP CRM components such as workflow rules, business roles, custom fields, and UI layouts to optimize client processes.

Technical Development & Integration

• Develop and maintain CRM-ECC integration via HCI or PI middleware; build OData services, APIs, and web services for seamless connectivity.
• Customize UI components using ABAP, CDS, and BAPI to enhance embedded screens and support complex business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently to maintain high system reliability.

Agile Project Leadership

• Lead Agile sprint planning, demos, and releases using JIRA and Confluence, ensuring smooth project delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Proactively suggest improvements to CRM processes and system functionalities to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.

Documentation & Training

• Create detailed functional design documents, test cases, and testing results in compliance with project standards.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring successful system adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering skill development and team growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle SAP CRM implementations and support, with at least two full-cycle CRM-ERP integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP C4C, Cloud SDK, ABAP, BAPI, OData, Middleware (HCI/PI), and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project management.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and team collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of customer experience, sales, service, e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web services, report customization, screen adaptations, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions supporting both new implementations and system enhancements.
