Deloitte India is hiring a Senior Consultant – SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for its SAP practice in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using SAP BTP, CAPM, and Node.js/Java.
- Build Core Data Services (CDS) models and expose APIs via OData/REST.
- Configure and integrate SAP BTP services such as HANA Cloud, XSUAA, Destination, and Connectivity.
- Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and clients to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications integrated with CAPM backends.
- Ensure quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy applications on Cloud Foundry or Kyma runtime following SAP clean core & extension principles.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience:
- 4–7 years in enterprise application/software development.
- 2–3 years hands-on with SAP BTP & CAPM.
- Strong background in Node.js or Java, CDS, OData V4.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Git, API development, SAP UI5/Fiori integration.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Experience with cloud-native development & agile delivery.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client interaction, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification: SAP BTP Extension Developer (or equivalent).
- Experience with SAP Fiori Elements, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of ABAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
- Prior consulting/project experience in SAP S/4HANA extensions.
