Job Summary
Deloitte India (South Asia LLP) is hiring a Senior Consultant – SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) to join its SAP practice in Bengaluru (with options for Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai).
This role is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of SAP BRIM CC experience, strong expertise in charging logic, provider contracts, and usage event processing, and the ability to collaborate with global delivery teams.
As part of Deloitte’s SAP BRIM practice, you’ll help leading enterprises optimize billing, charging, and revenue management systems, working in a hybrid environment with European shift timings.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver enhancements and change requests in SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC).
- Configure and maintain charging logic, charge plans, and provider contracts.
- Manage chargeable items (CITs) and billable items (BITs) within SAP BRIM CC.
- Support real-time charging, prepaid/postpaid models, and event processing.
- Write high-quality technical specifications and documentation.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Contribute to presales cycles and solution design discussions.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of SAP BRIM CC developer experience.
- Strong knowledge of BRIM architecture and charging models.
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, and SAP CC scripting.
- Experience with usage event processing and real-time charging.
- Understanding of integration protocols – SOAP, Diameter, REST.
- Strong communication skills for working in global delivery setups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech/BA) or Master’s degree (MBA).
- Prior consulting or client-facing SAP BRIM experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in European/second shift time zones.
