Key Responsibilities
🔧 SAP BRIM CC Solution Delivery
- Lead SAP BRIM convergent charging enhancements and change requests, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Develop and customize SAP BRIM CC solutions to meet client-specific requirements, focusing on charge plans, provider contracts, and chargeable billable items (CITs and BITs).
- Collaborate with global teams to implement real-time charging, prepaid/postpaid models, and optimize usage event processing.
🛠️ Technical Expertise & Integration
- Configure and implement SAP BRIM solutions, leveraging XSLT, XML, and SAP CC-specific scripting.
- Integrate SAP BRIM with other enterprise systems using SOAP, Diameter, and REST protocols.
- Write detailed technical specifications and documentation for SAP BRIM solution designs and customizations.
🌍 Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate those into technical solutions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Play a key role in the presales lifecycle, supporting proposals, presentations, and solution scoping.
📊 Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to drive SAP BRIM solution success and contribute to business development efforts.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices in SAP BRIM CC solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Core Competencies
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP BRIM CC development and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of convergent charging, charging logic, and SAP BRIM architecture.
- Proficient in XSLT, XML, and SAP CC-specific scripting.
- Hands-on experience in usage event processing, real-time charging, and prepaid/postpaid models.
- Familiarity with integration protocols like SOAP, Diameter, and REST.
✅ Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SAP BRIM or SAP CC are a plus.
✅ Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP BRIM integrations and related enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
