Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Basis administration activities including system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Drive S4 Hana implementation projects, managing creation and migration of new SAP landscapes.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth SAP operations.
- Manage SAP transports, patching, and upgrades in coordination with technical and functional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams for integration and seamless system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Basis configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Support system audits and compliance adherence related to SAP Basis activities.
- Engage in client interactions to understand business needs and deliver SAP Basis solutions.
- Mentor junior SAP Basis consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP Practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration with emphasis on S4 Hana.
- Proven expertise in SAP landscape creation and migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Basis tools including SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) and system monitoring tools.
- Experience supporting SAP projects in consulting environments or professional services firms.
- Solid understanding of SAP modules integration and transport management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or a related field from a recognized institute.
- Willingness to travel for project and client engagements within India.
