Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP ABAP application development and maintenance projects.
- Provide end-to-end troubleshooting and solutioning for ABAP applications.
- Prepare business requirement specifications and test documentation.
- Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on multi-application projects.
- Work closely with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and business process alignment.
- Support pre-sales life cycles, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP (functional and technical).
- Proficiency in application development, maintenance, and global IT environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create high-quality documentation and testing materials.
- Experience working with multiple application interfaces in enterprise IT systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with global teams.
Desired Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in SAP ABAP development and consulting projects.
- Familiarity with process optimization and improvement methodologies.
