Deloitte India is seeking a Senior Consultant – Salesforce in Delhi to join its Technology & Transformation (T&T) practice. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and solution design.
- Conduct requirement analysis, develop system design, and create project documentation such as requirement documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
- Manage client relationships, providing demonstrations, workshops, and progress updates.
- Identify risks and issues in projects, escalate when necessary, and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce solutions and enhance customer experience and business processes.
- Apply knowledge of emerging technologies to improve client recommendations and solution delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
Skills Required
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
- Understanding of Salesforce Lightning, integration, and Force.com platform.
- Familiarity with Heroku, e-commerce, cloud platforms, and Salesforce implementation methodologies.
- Strong project management, client handling, and team leadership abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop end-to-end documentation and manage multiple workstreams.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute.
- 6–7 years of Salesforce implementation or consulting experience, with at least 3–4 end-to-end Salesforce projects completed in India or globally.
- Demonstrated experience in client management, workshops, and solution design.
- Willingness to travel for short and long-term client engagements.
