About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) – SailPoint practice at EY, you’ll design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient SailPoint IDN solutions for clients worldwide. You’ll play a leadership role in project management, client engagement, and technical delivery, ensuring seamless integration of IAM processes that protect critical business assets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects, including project planning, team management, and client coordination.
• Deliver SailPoint IdentityNow solutions across all stages of the SDLC — requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Drive client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth delivery.

Technical Implementation

• Architect, configure, and deploy SailPoint IDN solutions, including Identity Profiles, Transformations, Rules, Workflows, and JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes.
• Configure password synchronization, certification campaigns, and access policies.
• Onboard key applications (Active Directory, JDBC, Web Services) into SailPoint IDN.
• Set up and maintain Virtual Appliances (VA), ensuring high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) readiness.
• Deploy and configure IQService in both cloud and on-premise environments.

Quality & Communication

• Ensure alignment with EY’s global cybersecurity and IAM standards.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityNow architecture, development, and integration.
• Strong understanding of IGA concepts, access certification, and workflow automation.
• Experience in application onboarding and connector customization.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, SQL, JDBC, and Web Service integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Virtual Appliance (VA) and IQService setup.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint or IAM certifications (advantageous).
• Understanding of cloud IAM environments and security compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications are a plus.
